Pros

Since my company has been acquired by orbcomm my day-to-day work life has vastly improved. In the last year I have been given many opportunities and been given responsibility to assist in huge projects that I could not have thought were possible. Benefits have also improved. This company recognizes people who care. From the start of the acquisition phase I have felt trusted and valued. Any concerns I had were listened to. It has been a whirlwind of opportunity and challenge which would not have been possible pre-acquisition.

Cons

I have not encountered any major negatives.

Pros

The work environment is exceptional, the training and onboarding program is top-notch, and the camaraderie creates a pleasant work environment. I am truly very happy with my decision to join ORBCOMM.

Cons

The insurance benefits are confusing and not very attractive, apart from that, they offer other benefits such as a cellphone, internet, a GYM, etc.
