Pros

The people who look out for each other.

Cons

-Controlling leadership team. -Inconsistency in what they sell and how they sell it...no consistent processes and procedures in place. -Toxic , frustrating work environment. -All shiny and successful on Social Media, not the case internally. -Chaotic place to work. -Pity those who start out their career with this company and that they believe that this is a "normal" working environment.

Pros

The best part about working at ORCHA was the lovely people I got to work alongside. Incredibly talented in their respective areas. Flexible, hybrid working and a lovely modern office. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Lack of direction and poor strategic leadership, employees are constantly undermined and the founders always “know best” instead of asking for guidance and advice from their employees who are experts in their areas and actually do know best. The reviews on Glassdoor, give a true reflection of working at ORCHA and are not just disgruntled employees - a quick look on LinkedIn will show every employee that has left has moved onto better things, and proves their professional competence (standard narrative when people leave is well they weren’t very good anyway) Long hours are expected and comments are made by SLT about team members lack of commitment when they log off at 5 instead of working late. Seeing people cry in the office is not something I’ve ever experienced before. People are given new job titles with no clear outline of deliverables or training then reduced to tears when they are told their performance is not up to standard.
