I am giving 2 stars because you have the opportunity to learn a lot about the translation/localization industry and also to work with some amazing people (that they truly deserve better).

Low salaries (although it is considered one of the most successful LSPs in Greece. Quite alarming for the industry in general). No work/life balance due to heavy workload. Remote work is frowned upon. Constant changes that facilitate company's needs can be really frustrating and affect the team's morale.
