NOW NONE. Looks good on surface and offer good salaries and benefits and make promises at interviews but did not take long to find out coworkers want to leave and hate working at ORIX and promises made were false after hired in a support department.
Cons
They only care about NYC office men that do deals that make money. Stopped almost all employee morale building things. Discriminates against women. No women executives. Probably not equal pay. Dallas CEO nice but Japan must approve and make all decisions. Deputy CEO in NYC has more power than the CEO Was told he came from Japan about a year ago and was first step of take over. Current employees looking for new jobs and many already gone. They dont know it is hard to find experienced talented employees.
