      Good atmosphere between trainees & staff Strong focus on self development Lots of variation in assignments & responsibilities Many activities after the working hours, but nearly all are optional

      Pros

      Great kickstarter to your career. great coaching sessions and soft skills training. Perfect if you are unsure of your capabilities and want to improve.

      Cons

      Very low wage, small benefits compared to similar roles in other companies. No bonus at the end of the year. Very low salary raise after a year. Minimum vacation days. As you work as a "consultant" in a company, you do not really have a lot of contact with other colleagues or the culture of the company. You are always between 2 worlds. The contracts do not give any protection to the employee (2 year+ contract)
