      Pros

      New equipment and decent resources.

      Cons

      They want you to work 7 days a weeks and pay you 39K a year to be away from your family 5 days a week! Too much religion is preached and if you are not a part of that cult, you are considered an outsider. If you are not in agreement with the central manager, or not part of his "clique", then you will not succeed.

      - Leadership always offers to assist / asks if there is anything needed - Innovative company that is working to enhance employee and customer experience - Highly incentivizing commission plan with generous base salary

      Pros

      Interesting, varied fire protection work, As a Tech you won't just be smoking devices all day. At the ground level teams are close knit and work together well. If you keep your head down and fit into the old boy's club you can coast there for years.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership is toxic and short-sided. Work-life balance is non-existent. Not a diverse or inclusive culture.
