Pros

I cannot really think of any. It was a terrible experience from nearly day one.

Cons

There is no learning curve. A few days in I was quizzed on the industry players and when it wasnt 100% correct, was reprimanded for not having read all of the materials the company had written prior to starting the job. New to the industry...that's a lot of info! Employees are kept track of like children, you must be "anti-corporate" to fit. It made me sick to my stomach to be there and by week three was searching out a new job. It really can ruin your self esteem and worth. Not a good experience at all! Heed the one star reviews. The five stars seem to be by a couple longtimers while there was a carousel of others going through with many of the same stories about management.

Pros

Collaborative, entrepreneurial, customer-focused environment / Expectation to generate ideas (and have them heard) to grow and improve the business, no matter your role / Expectation of personal growth and development / Well-respected industry source / Provides sense of purpose and opportunity to work in an industry that betters the lives of millions of people globally

Cons

None that I can think of at this time.

Pros

Two weeks off at Christmas.

Cons

I can't give enough warning, don't do it. It sounds good and flexible but it's the farthest thing from it. They say all the right things as you're interviewing but it's not like that at all. It's a toxic environment. You'll feel as if you can't do anything right and be treated like a child. Don't even think about being a minute late in the morning or leaving a minute early or really even taking a lunch. It's soul crushing and the list of those that lasted just a few months is a mile long. Most people are nice, but there's no chatting at all so it doesn't really matter. Management....I don't even know how to explain. There's no learning curve and you must read minds and be of an "anti-corporate" mindset to fit. Please heed this warning! I wish there had been a Glassdoor review available before I ended up there. Just an indescribably terrible experience.
