Pros

Pays relatively well - this is literally the ONLY pro Career opportunities - if you can stick it out - are decent since this is a constantly revolving door of staff; if you make it to one year, you would be considered a veteran

Cons

They treat you like a slave The CEO is absolutely the most unprofessional and offensive CEO in the industry There is absolutely no work life/balance The research itself is a 'one size fits all' approach Clients are often unhappy because of over-promising You are treated like a child rather than a professional adult
