Pros

Remote work, autonomy, nice humans, and generally a great place to work!

Cons

Restructuring at the time I was there, could use some process improvement, and not a lot of guidance.

Cons

This is the worst place to work if your young an have ideas there is no learning curve the training is not there very much a racist company to work for 2% Latin 4% black and they have a very bullying culture where if your other they will definitely not help you not answer you run away immediately from this company management has no idea what they are doing an they do not offer support they are very much lacking company culture disgusting people to work for the hiring manager basically started off by seeing I’m over other first thing out of her mouth “I grew up in the hood” weird I was let go without an official reason when they are not and at will employment company. When I was bullied by an older woman I let my manager know and instead of handling this uncomfortable situation properly he asked me how I would like to proceed . There were 2 project managers in particular that also bullied me and that was allowed via emails for about 5 months very very disappointing experience and very shocked at how this still going on in 2023-2024.

Thank you for sharing feedback about your experience at OSIS. We take all culture, management, and potential discrimination/bullying claims seriously and invite you to have a conversation offline with the OSIS Human Resource Department to speak further. We have many communication channels in place for employees to voice concerns and are committed to a positive employee/employer relationship. OSIS invests in our culture by creating a supportive, transparent, and service focused environment that produces a sense of belonging and celebrates success. We've worked hard to establish a proactive approach to fostering diversity and equity like an employee-led culture committee, an 11% increase in underrepresented headcount (28% total), and closed the underrepresented headcount pay gap. Again, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to invest in making OSIS a top workplace.
