      One of the best upsides to working with OSL are the co-workers. Everyone here is pretty close and know one another.

      Cons

      I mean while the site is small, there is no real downside to working here, from what I have experienced.

      Pros

      There is a great free gym.

      Cons

      Leaky roof, prehistoric machinery, discrimination against polish workers, sexual harassment in the warehouse (from a certain family), poor wages, poor pension, management and team leaders unsympathetic, drug culture is rife right from top to bottom, CEO is only CEO because his dad owns it, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
