1. No tentative deadline for salary disbursement 2. Salary paid in cash to the employees ; only permanent employees are getting themselves enrolled for bank accounts and dat too with a worst bank named yes bank 3. Managing Director is totally a bluffmaster as everytime he says he will revise salary within 3 months after joining to every new candidate but it never happens . 4. Employees are working in no work no pay policy in the organisation. 5 Hire and fire policy and attrition rate is at its peak in the dealership. 6 All employees are treated as animals in the organisation. 7 Salary is being deducted for non-achievement of targets. 8 Never join this company for the sake of your good. 9. There is no job security in this organisation. 10. All employees are not covered under PF and ESIC Act.
