1. i was getting paid $16 hourly and commission and got lowered down too $12 hourly 2. i could never reach HR / i could never get a response 3. commission is terrible for the osl Walmart side 4. when i got sent too the walmart side after they pulled the target side i didnt know who was in charge , i didn't know what too do at all when i got there , i didn't know my DM , or manager 5. Super unorganized 6. Worked in November and never got my shirt until February 7. Pay was terrible 8. my uncle died and i couldn't take days off because they needed someone to be at the store and i was mourning 9. treated us like we always did something wrong 10. company/ management never defended us when target employees were being rude and racist , they and i quote " don't say anything because we need a good relationship with the store ' so we had to stay quite and let it happen 11. fired good people just because of little stuff 12 . schedule is not flexible 13. you don't have sick time and pto until you hit 6 months of working with them so if you needed time off you couldn't for 6 months 14. My DM was terrible for communication 15.we never had our own keys and when i left they never gave me an email that i was quitting but they did for my co worker : / and my co worker is quitting this weekend
