Pros

Great passengers. And the most incredible group of flight attendants with whom I share a million great memories. And that’s about it. On the brightside, they are no longer in business, But they’ll be back with some Shady new scheme of an airline, so beware.

Cons

The entire airline is run like a giant ponzi scheme. We were regularly treated to Their company credit card being declined and leaving crews to fend for themselves. Or . The soul crushing, backstabbing, gossipy ways of their incompetent leadership, especially inflight management at LAX, destroyed morale and caused a mass exodus of some of the greatest professionals in the industry. When you have a turnover rate higher than 80% in two years, it’s not the employees that are the issue; it’s the Company. Shameful, subpar safety standards, exploiting their workforce. The list goes in and on and on.
