      Pros

      Benefits, atmosphere, work-life balance, food, decent people in every department, patient care is most important, clinical staffing is consistent

      Cons

      Right now, all sorts of positions are disappearing right and left as the company struggles to find balance after overspending. Parking for employees is beyond limited. Unless you are a nurse or doctor, currently there is no job security - no matter the role or your length of employment.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, great physicians. Very structured.

      Cons

      Management too cliquey with certain staff. No room for advancement. Do not actively listen to concerns of employees, unless you are a favorite. Awful work life balance. You can be switched to go work at one of their other sites without much notification.
