A driven, friendly & inclusive company. I would recommend spending a good part of your career at OSTTRA and grow in an organisation with a great office environment, friendly colleagues & nice location with a positive culture and vision. OSTTRA offers great opportunities to pivot into different roles with career mobility encouraged.
Cons
More could be done in structured career development plans and importantly investing in employees learning and development across company functions especially for those in early careers. At times team/department politics are evident, getting in the way of positive outcomes but not a consistent problem.
