      Pros

      Not too many. You may get options in OTIV but you are lucky if they are not underwater

      Cons

      No vision at senior management. Focus changed multiple times and the company took multiple turnaround initiatives to no avail. People working in in Rosh Pina are closer to the decision makers and have some influence ... outside of Rosh Pina your chances on influencing the product direction are nil

      Top management allows each individual to contribute and the flexibility to do a good job. High performance is rewarded and people are respected.

      The company is lean so be ready to wear several hats

      They have vending machines and the work life balance is ok.

      Cons

      Everyone’s old and doesn’t care about anything at all. No room for growth. Management lacks professionalism. The culture consists of “who you know, not what you know.”
