Extremely toxic workplace. Much better employers out there. Health insurance is horrible. You go to the doctor and get told you don’t have insurance. You will get treated like dog poop. They rip off their customers. When the high dollar executives screw up if you had any dealing at Al you will be blamed. They will text you all hours and days. PTO, Holidays, don’t matter to them your life will be surrendered to them. In the hand book it says you get profit sharing that is a lie. Only the executives get profit sharing on your hard work.
