Cons
Took months to receive starting equipment (laptop, monitor, etc). Annual leave will be taken off you in the event of personal emergencies; even if you make the time up on the same day. Your training and expertise will not be listened to if those above you don't feel the same way - even if they have no formal (or informal) training on the subject matter. The launch of Outplayed was advised to be delayed as the back-end was not secure. The launch proceeded as planned and the site crashed for a full day. The brand colour change was flagged as being problematic as the colour chosen by the owner would not be visible on screens. He ignored these push backs and after launch, customers were complaining about site visibility and even staff couldn't navigate the site properly because of this. The colour was then updated after months of work...
