Nothing. They never pays salary and make you work. I had to leave the organisation after 3 months working without any salary

OV International services pvt. Ltd is one of the worst and fraudulent organisation that I have ever seen. Nothing is proper there starting from the director Varun Kafley to the end level. At time of interview they lie to the employees and make them join the organisation and afterwards they don’t provide them even the basic salary. They always try to hold back the salary and make the employees work without any payment. They don’t have any rules & regulations of a pvt.ltd company and always try to create their own rule out of the blue. I had to leave the organisation after working for around 3 months without any salary.

Salary on time & perfect for freshers

I think there is no bad impression.
