Pros
- Despite being a very big company, you feel very connected with the rest of the employees all over the world thanks to all the tools at your disposal. - Management does not act like a "Manager" but as a "Team leader" - The company very often offers free lunch/breakfast to the employees - Alot of opportunities to change location/job within the company - Very positive environment and you can see that Octave is really passionate about OVH and the services that we offer - You never stop learning new things! - Every team (in the world) is very available to help out with issues - Awesome life/work balance, management is very comprehensive about personal issues
Cons
- Communication problems with the French team (english knowledge) - Sometimes new updates to the website/products are applied without telling all the geolocated teams soon enough - Alot of internal communication/tools are in french
