Pros
For a still-in-school student with very limited opportunities for internship, I would say that Ovio is one of the best job experiences you'll have. It instills in you a strong work ethic, a desire for success and a habit of continual self-improvement that you will bring to your future studies and career. The nature of the job can be challenging, but the reward is totally worth it. When you start improving, the financial payoff is pretty proportional to the hard work you put in. If I went back in time and had to choose, I would go work for Ovio again. I think that says everything about the company. This is a place for hard-hitters, go-getters and self-driven individuals who are open to self-improvement and have an incredible desire for success.
Cons
It is a while since I left the firm to return to my studies, so my observations may be outdated. They could use some better system of assigning territories. They gave me a lot of training when I first started out, which was great. I wished that once I left the "cradle" of being a new-start, they could continuously train me how to be a leader as well. That could also just be my personal preference for a more procedural/structured learning style.
