When hiring, OXD really takes into account team fit. As a result, the atmosphere is almost always positive and harmonious. Employees have the option of working entirely remotely, in the office, or a hybrid of the two.
Cons
The office isn't in the nicest part of town, so it might be a barrier for coming in for some people.
