We appreciate you taking out time to share your honest feedback, which will help us build a better workplace. On some of the concerns that you have raised, we have recently made some instrumental changes to enable a great employee experience. For example, we have formally introduced a program to enable skip-level engagement and easy feedback sharing in India. There are several measures to promote employee wellbeing. These initiatives will be expanded to other OYO markets in the future. We will surely look into other matters highlighted by you to build a stronger and more employee-focused organization.
