      There are no pros for this company. Its a terrible company. Badly managed an the rudest people you could ever work for.

      Cons

      Awful company to work for. Tremendous turnover. Swear continuously. The president actually has S.O.B. on his parking spot. I would rather live of dirt and live in a box than work for this company. Like I said run away.

      Pros

      High investment in learning. Be aware this investment in learning will not translate into skills you will be encourage to use on the job - this is not an environment that encourage innovation.

      Cons

      This is a nightmare company to work for. The management has no idea on how to lead and manage people. The CEO is a menace. He violently berates employees, talks extremely rudely about people behind their back, monitors & questions your commitment/work/effort.
