Not much opportunity for growth, you're pretty much locked in unless you want to change career direction.
It was a dynamic and interesting place with a young driven workforce. Good social opportunities for all employees, and also a pool table and a cappuccino machine.

As a startup it was unpredictable. You never knew what direction the company would take from one quarter to the next. Sometimes the cappuccino machine would break. ;)
