Pros
To be honest with you there is nothing good about this company.
Cons
I worked for OZA for two months after which I resigned. There are only two types of jobs (literally) Seismic Technician and PCS job. For seismic all you have to do is sit around a seismograph at a construction site and monitor the readings and that is it. You have to drive to a different site everyday so it involves a lot of driving. I did 14000 km in just 2 months. You have to get up at 4 everyday and be there on site at the exact time. Even if you are late due to traffic conditions they send you weird emails abut disciplinary actions and stuff. Office environment is depressing. Nothing to learn or gain from this job. I swear to God you wont find a single person in the office who smiles. For PCS all you do is take pictures of building structures and that's it. The company was blacklisted by U Waterloo previously. They pay you minimum rate ($13 hr). The way they treat their employees is far from being professional.
