      Learning organization, good supervision if you seek it, training, free meals at work, lots of access to nature, safety oriented culture in some ways, great experience and community, lots of recreation with children

      Cons

      Risk of injury due to child/youth violence, management is not transparent about some important matters such as wage scale/grade and sometimes decisions until you ask
