Family run and the family is always right regardless of their knowledge base, who they trample or what the law says. They expect their employees to work alot of hours with ZERO regard for their lives outside of work. If a human error is made, they instantly point fingers and call people out personally in front of anybody and everybody, they don't know how to treat people and act professionally.
