Oak Tree is very stable and generous when it comes to salaries and benefits.

I didn't experience any cons while working at Oak Tree.

You have a plentiful amount of tasks throughout the day, so you never are bored since there is always something to do making it a great learning experience. They are very structured and you know exactly what needs to be done and when it should be done. Communicating with credit unions is also pleasant. They are generous with their bonuses and raises to those who are deserving. There are a lot of nice people that work there. They also randomly give out gift cards to employees for no reason at all.

They take compliance very seriously so you will have to work with outdated applications since they won't do anything via the cloud. (which is what most apps are doing nowadays) You are not allowed to connect on SM with your co-workers or hang out with them outside of work so that is another downside, which makes people feel nervous to even have small talk because they don't want to be in trouble for being too friendly. Your lunchtimes are controlled (at least for one department). They try to have culture, but without being able to really be friends with your co-workers you miss certain productivity in my opinion. There really are no promotions or anything since everyone has there own job. (Unless you been there for several years)
