Toxic environment with incompetent management and favoritism - Cook Oak View Group Employee Review

High stress. Incompetent management. If you speak up about any issues, you will be targeted. Especially if you are a women. Management doesn’t hold anyone accountable. They allow the people who suck at their job get away with everything. And if you are good at your job, you’re expected to pick up the slack of others. Clearly you can see the favoritism with management. Management drinks on the job. Reported this multiple times and nothing was done. My paycheck has been short multiple times and still have yet to get the money that’s owed to me.
