      None at all. Dont work here.

      Cons

      Egregious corporate infrastructure, communication, benefits, etc. They don't care about personal growth. They go above and beyond to earn new business and ignore the loyal employees trying to help them. Regardless of the time and effort you put into this company, they will give you a giant middle finger at some point. Terrible place to work.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits. Support staff. Training opportunities when permitted to participate.

      Cons

      Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
