Pros

There is nothing positive about this company

Cons

Aggressive and hostile behavior from coworkers, managers and executives. Hostile behavior between managers and executives. Backstabbing, gossip, and a lot of "looking out for myself only" attitudes and behaviors. There is no team environment. Training is shoddy, the work they perform on sites is horrible. The tail wags the dog, and there is no communication between employees, management, executives or customers. Executives having an affair with each other. Religious photos in owner's office, which is against company policy.

Employees at OakCraft exemplify these values and management is proud of their contributions to our success. So far this year we have celebrated more than 25 work anniversaries of employees who have been with us for 5+ years, 6 of those have been with us for 15+ years. The executives of OakCraft are all family members.

Pros

Place is evolving, becoming more productive and efficient. Focus has been placed on improvements for employees. Family atmosphere with coworkers.

Cons

Sometimes we work a little too efficiently, a good balance and flow is needed. A lot of other cons mentioned in other reviews were problems in the past. With staff changes in key areas, and cultural development, I believe we have moved past a lot of the problems mentioned in some of the negative reviews.

Pros

At times there’s room for overtime, your coworkers are nice but they only speak Spanish. Some speak English but not very many

Cons

Never talk to HR her answers are always suck it up or quit. They lie to your face and underpay you. You’re under appreciated for your work and they push you to try to work like robots
