Most upper management will try to help you as much as possible, I am thankful for the opportunity to have worked there.
Also, you work a lot but you have fun! I would say the work-life balance is great.
Cons
Low pay
Often glass ceilings when you expect more (you have to earn promotions, they do not come with tenure - the good thing is if you're good you'll get a chance, but the bad thing is they won't tell you if you're bad, they will let it fester).
You can get stuck with bad hours, depending on position
Ultimately only a few positions will open up internally, all senior positions will never need refilling.
You need to know how long you want to work there and get out, everyone is a means to an end - BUT that is business after all.
