Great Company, decent management, decent pay. Ability to sign up for "call-offs" when there's low patient status.

Drama.. as long as you try to avoid the drama and don't get wrangled into it, it's a very positive work experience. Every place has this there is always something but I've witnessed way worse so here at oakleaf it's not terrible at all.

Personal life & school life not encouraged, unstable hours, no raise for certification, no third shift to relieve second, poor communication, mediocre call pay, weird expectations
