Pros
you get get to see how horrible people make a horrible company which is an experience i guess
Cons
you can probably get away without realising what it’s like for a while, but after some time there you’ll see it’s dysfunctional and revolting. this place is basically a vehicle of self-service for the grossly entitled. the only thing they care about is money so everything had been left to rot as a result. if you didn’t pander to leaders and their fragile egos you got shunned or fired. good people just left. that left the desperate, greedy, and dishonest running the show, with some nice but naive people who hadn’t woken up to what was going on. you’ll spend your time hearing things like “they don’t care” and “im not touching that compromising mess” and “ill get fired if i [do some thing related to your job]”. there was such a culture of fear that even senior staff were quaking in their boots and throwing others under the bus to save themselves. leave them to make a mess and eat each other alive - they need to realise the way they run things is ugly and doesn’t work.
