Where to start? The whole place is a scam and a half. -They hire, they don’t train. Here’s a laptop and “go get ‘em” -if you’re a “manager” you’re sabotaged against by your “team” below you from the jump, you won’t be able to operate of which you were hired. No repercussions. -HR is BFFs with the other managers so good luck with no retaliation. -The “data guy” outwardly expresses how he enjoys making people “look bad” while keeping everything under lock and key so he can move the goalposts to fit whatever the agenda of the day is -the ceo supposedly doesn’t like dealing with men -they lie, deceive- this is the culture -the “marketing” department is a bunch of toxic, unprofessional, petty, horrifically uninspired individuals who are on their 10th “manager” in 3 years -there’s no real promotion -no c-suite to keep anyone in check -language and personal attacks are pretty prominent -your job is to make the ceo more wealthy while he spits in your face -CEO is a hot tempered coward who will lie directly to your face, be wary.
