      - international fun team which supports each other - healthy start up environment - feedback is very important and is taken seriously - learning new thing every day and week - ambitious and realistic approach towards goals and growth - awesome product - team with a lot of passion for hospitality and tech - cool office space, lunches and fun activities

      - start up means fast pace and changes - you need to be flexible

      Pros

      Oaky are an incredibly supportive organization and have always provided everything needed to succeed.

      Cons

      It has been difficult setting things up with visas in my current location. Not entirely the fault of Oaky's and they have done all they can to ensure my visa situation is handled correctly.
