      Staff can be nice as they sympathise.

      Cons

      They record all your calls. Emails are monitored and employees can't send outgoing mails. 200 cameras watching 200 staff members. Training costs are liable to the company if you leave. Restraint of trade is implemented for a year preventing opportunities in asset management.
