Good startup - Anonymous employee Oasis Biotech Employee Review

As a start up company, it allows me to show my initiative and also utilize my knowledge. Team members there are great, they try their best to help the company grow.Even though they are directors and managers, they can roll up their gloves to do hands on work when they are needed. I love the spirit!

Since the company is in a start up phase, it is not a good fit for those who want a clock- in-and-clock-out job and those who sit and wait for direction.

-There are a few friendly coworkers

-Extremely disorganized!!! I cannot stress this enough! Nobody knows what they're doing, and every single person is expected to do the job of 2-3 people, even if they don't have any experience or knowledge of it. -Tasks are assigned quickly, frequently, with little to no direction, and results are expected immediately. Most employees are frequently confused as to what is needed from them, and how to complete their tasks properly. -Upper management expects all employees' lives to be about work and must be available to work 80 hours a week whenever they snap their fingers. Don't accept a position here unless you have the availability and willingness to work that much. You won't be informed of this until after you start.
