- People and culture here are unheard of - a unique combination of top engineers in the industry (yet humble and kind!) and coolest persons in Israel. Each has their own amazing world outside the office, everyone joined to win and the atmosphere in the offices is a major part of what makes us happy and successful. - Lately there had been some major positive changes in management and career paths, our own people are growing while being enhanced with some seniors (managers, engineers, sales) from the industry. Growth is top of mind for managers and HR and it's super important. - Company is up to speed with the evolvement of AI across all divisions - from R&D through Product and GTM and up to our own founders and G&A team. - Company is backed by top VCs and has a clear vision, located in the right place at the right time with the AI & NHI rush in big enterprises.

- First tier management (team leads) is inadequately staffed for a few good months already, the company is in hyper-growth so new managers are coming. I believe it will re-balance in the near future (a matter of quarter or two). Also our product team size doesn't match our R&D size (also being built rapidly). So right now it requires patience and extra-effort from engineers to bridge the gap. - Compensation will probably never beat big corporate offers in the long run, but in Israel with the progressive income tax it's less of a key consideration.
