Not a flexible schedule or many raises

The company is willing to hire anybody as long as you have a pulse and can read, and even that is iffy. They are very flexible with most schedules and able to accommodate families and sickleave willing to hire anybody despite their background or drug history.

Nowhere to go in the company it’s a small company and unless you are one of the few favorite people, you will never go anywhere other than the position you started in.
