Absolutely None - Bloody cheaters

The company promises a lot, but doesn't even implement a single promise in action.The President of the company,Princeton, is very arrogant and simply exploits people by paying very low rates on H1. He manipulates the rate in the PO orders and fakes a very low rate to employees. OPT and CPT employees are exploited to the maximum. The communication is worst and H1 filings are not done legitimately. The company favors the owners friends and wife's of the employees by filing them an H1 without a job. There wont be any benefits working for long term. The marketing person is very rude and wont allow to send your resume to any other qualified positions. They are blood suckers who try to take advantage of everyone. Green card filing is not backed up by good documentation. Company does a lot of fraud in changing the visas of the employees and projecting them as green card. They wont even have your back when you actually need them. One of the worst companies to ever work for. Please dont ruin your career and finances by working for them.
