You can get experience in industrial projects for installation and commissioning of capital equipment at Auto OEMs. If you are a lazy person who does not know how to work, you will survive as company does not have any system of monitoring it
Cons
Management is directionless and weak and the company doesn't have any policies as such. Everything depends on your chemistry with top management. The Lucky ones' get to go on official trips even before their DOJ. There are no performance review or appraisal mechanism. No forms to fill, no targets to follow and no accountability. The whole organization works like a headless chicken. Management changes its mind /decision in less than a day.
