      co-workers are friendly to work with.

      Cons

      They want to suck as much out of you as they can and pay you as little as possible. No promotions available. If you are a shop worker, you will always be a shop worker even if you learn another skill.

      Pros

      The benefits package is a great deal for the size of the company. They’re more than willing to train you on new operations and machines. Annual raises and bonuses.

      Cons

      The starting pay is not the greatest but will change based on your performance and attendance.
