Very nice laid back family environment, the people are nice and I have had zero complaints working here. Easily the best place that I have worked at

The only thing I could think of is that sometimes there isn't work to do, but they usually find me something within the same day

Work life balance and bonuses are huge positives. Most of the people that work there are awesome

Lots of politics to move up. Some management lack knowledge and turn to “worker bees” for knowledge to keep climbing the ladder IE claiming ideas to improve production and save money.
