Working with OSI for a major U.S. company presents several challenges. With most of the workforce located overseas, U.S.-based employees can often feel isolated or underrepresented. For U.S. employees, this dynamic may affect the overall employee experience, leading some to feel undervalued compared to the larger offshore workforce.
