Pros
Have a good pedigree in Fault Management tools that provided a reliable source of revenue even if it was from support.
Cons
All senior staff (the average age of technical staff is very high, and they usually have 10+ years experience working for the company) have left. Frequent management changes have provided little direction. New Service and Customer Experience Management solutions initiatives launched were not as successful as hoped.
