Pros
I never had a problem with pay or contract disagreements. The home office personnel were friendly and always on the top of their game. The company, although spread out, really maintains the family feel.
Cons
The one con I would have is that there is not much room for advancement. If you're looking for vertical movement I would look elsewhere.
