Pros
The team is the best part of working at Observable. There are many experts on staff that are willing to provide thoughts and guidance or talk about crossword puzzles. It's also a remote first company which means that it's easy to keep in touch with everyone, even though we're spread across the world. I feel very supported as an employee and look forward to going to work (which hasn't always been the case).
Cons
This is a startup, so things can change quickly which means that you need to be able to adapt quickly. There's a lot to learn and more to keep up with. But it's a challenge that I like.
