Pros

Good people here in general. Great benefits with unlimited pto, different health plans. Great product and innovation. This company could achieve so much if they could fix the culture and morale problems.

Cons

Very toxic culture. Everyone is watching their backs. Again some people are good but a lot are two faced and say one thing and throw you under the bus to save themselves. Zero collaboration across departments. Attempts result in someone taking it as a personal attack. Leaders are either quitting or getting promoted while morale is terrible. They planned a trip to Mexico for the new year and instead did layoffs and cancelled the trip. After this was announced it was shared that it wasn’t a money issue and was actually costing more to cancel than it would be to go, which made it so much worse. At a time we needed a morale boost they did a half baked kickoff in California.

Pros

This has been an incredible opportunity so far. Being involved in the entire lifecycle process and owning the delivery of AI Agents is a very satisfying and rewarding feeling. This type of opportunity is very rare to come across - learnings are through the roof. Definitely a very hot role - AI role at a fast growing AI Startup with a ownership and insane amount of learnings. Amazing culture.

Cons

Workload can be a lot sometimes. But comes with great learnings, and satisfaction. Work life balance can be better... but then again, its a startup.
